THE REAL VERSION

With Baxter didn't start as an agency. It started with me, a camera, and a belief that the South West deserved imagery as good as anywhere in the country.

But here's what I kept seeing: beautiful photos, going nowhere. Brands with incredible stories and no strategy to tell them. Business owners juggling a photographer here, a web designer there, a social media freelancer somewhere else — and a brand that looked like it was built by committee, because it was.

So I stopped being just the photographer. I built the agency I kept wishing my clients had.

Before cameras, I had other careers — and they taught me the thing that now sits underneath everything we make: pretty doesn't perform without a plan. Visuals open the door. Strategy is what walks your customer through it. With Baxter exists at exactly that intersection, and it's led by a photographer on purpose — because everything we build for you, from your website to your Tuesday post, starts with imagery of your actual business. Your people. Your place. Shot properly, on a rhythm.

It's why we cap the entire agency at twenty clients, not to sales you, but generally my clients stay for a while, so I wouldn’t wait on getting in touch, because there’s not too much more space.

Every partnership includes real shoot days, and a camera can't be in forty places. Twenty means the same faces at every shoot, a team that genuinely knows your brand, and work that never gets handed to whoever's free that week.
