Correct. Not a Photo Booth is a portrait experience. There’s no touchscreen, no timer, and no silly props. Just a real photographer, beautiful lighting, and a refined backdrop of your choice to create timeless portraits of you and your guests.

What’s included in the booking?

All packages include:

  • A signature WithBaxter backdrop

  • Lighting setups

  • A real photographer capturing every portrait

  • Unlimited images (you get every portrait we take)

  • A private online gallery, delivered within 5 days

  • Access to professional prints and albums (optional)

Do you bring the backdrop and lighting?

Yes — we supply everything: backdrop, lighting, stands, and setup. All we need from your venue is a flat (possibly undercover space if rain is expected - approx. 3m x 3m with access to power.

Is there a photo limit?

No. Theyre all yours, every great portrait we take during your session is yours. There’s no cap. We don’t hold anything back.

Are the images edited?

Yes — every image is gently edited for tone and light. The result is clean, natural, and consistent across the gallery. The Editorial and Luxe packages also include a black & white version.

How do I get the photos?

You’ll receive a private, beautifully branded online gallery within 5 days of your event. From there, you can download everything and order prints or albums if you choose.

Can guests order their own prints?

Yes absolutely, this is the whole point— your online gallery makes it easy for anyone with the link to order professional-quality prints. Or, you can keep the gallery private and share select images yourself.

Can we customise the backdrop?

Absolutely. Our Luxe Lounge package includes the option to design a custom backdrop to suit your wedding or event. Alternatively, you can add this to any package for an additional cost. You might want to have a fun floor option or epic materials added to your backdrop… either way, we can style it or leave it minimal - your event, your choice.

Can we have both colour and black & white images?

  • The Classic Session is delivered entirely in timeless black & white.

  • The Editorial and Luxe packages include both colour and black & white versions of all portraits.

Do you travel outside of [your local area]?

Yes — we regularly travel throughout WA (and beyond) for events. Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Just get in touch for a custom quote.

Can you work alongside a wedding or event photographer?

Not a Photo Booth is entirely separate from ceremony or reception coverage, your wedding photographer will be there capturing all the in the moment goodness - our portraits are simply a different way to get portraits of all your guests, maybe as a wedding favour or just something special that they can remember your day.

What’s required to book?

To secure your date, we require:

  • A signed agreement

  • A $500 booking deposit
    The balance is due 7 days before your event.
