Your Brand Shoot at WithBaxter Studio

Everything you need to know before we create something incredible together.

Your brand shoot is more than just a few hours in front of the camera — it’s a creative process designed to capture your story, your purpose, and the energy behind what you do. Whether you’re a founder, a creative, or a business ready to elevate your visual identity, this page is your go-to guide for preparing, planning, and getting the most out of your session.

The Experience

From the first conversation to your final gallery, everything is designed with intention.
We’ll talk about your brand, your audience, your goals, and how you want your imagery to feel. Every shoot is tailored to reflect that — professional, approachable, and unmistakably you.

Your session includes:

  • Location and wardrobe guidance

  • Mood board and shot list planning

  • A relaxed, directed photoshoot experience

  • A curated gallery of high-quality, ready-to-use images

Preparing for Your Shoot

The best results come from a little planning. Here’s how to get ready:

Define your vision.
Think about what you want your imagery to communicate — professionalism, creativity, warmth, expertise. Your visuals should feel like an extension of your brand voice.

Plan your wardrobe.
Choose clothing that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Solid colours work beautifully, and layering adds variety. Aim for pieces that align with your brand aesthetic — whether that’s neutral, polished, colourful, or casual.

Bring props that tell your story.
Your laptop, coffee cup, tools of the trade, favourite notebook, or even your pet — small details that make your work feel tangible and real.

Rest and reset.
Arrive well-rested, hydrated, and ready to have fun. You’ll look and feel your best when you’re relaxed and present.

On the Day

We’ll move through your shoot with intention but ease — capturing a mix of portraits, behind-the-scenes moments, and lifestyle details that bring depth and authenticity to your brand.
I’ll guide you through movement and positioning so you never feel awkward or unsure.

A note on our lighting, we use off camera flash, natural lighting and some continuous lighting throughout your session.

Expect plenty of direction, music, laughter, and those in-between moments that end up becoming your favourites.

After Your Shoot

You’ll receive a preview gallery within a few days and your full edited collection shortly after. Every image is professionally retouched and delivered in a ready-to-use format for web and print.

You’ll walk away with a gallery that feels cohesive, timeless, and aligned with your brand — perfect for your website, socials, press, or marketing materials.

The Studio

Your shoot can take place on location, outdoors, or in The Studio — our light-filled creative space in Busselton. It’s fully equipped for lifestyle branding, product, and content sessions, and available for hire if you’d like to create your own visuals beyond shoot day.
